Good Strategy: Rahul Gandhi

With an eye on the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Thursday reportedly set up media management guidelines for party spokespersons. Source said Rahul told the party spokespersons that they should not speak out of turn on Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi.
The Congress Vice President said that only designated spokespersons will speak on Modi, sources said, while adding that the spokespersons have been asked not to make personal attacks on the Gujarat Chief Minister but to target only his development model.
Rahul also allegedly told the party leaders that prior permission will be required by party spokespersons to go for television chat shows. He also made it clear that an internal inquiry will be ordered if a spokesperson speaks out of turn or against the party line.
